Coding is a passion, but it can take up all your time if not balanced.
You need to find the right balance between coding and personal life to stay productive and happy.
I have mentioned some tips below to manage coding and life:
Set a Schedule:
Allocate specific hours for coding and personal time. Stick to it as much as possible.
Disconnect:
Set a time to disconnect from screens and spend time with family, friends, or hobbies.
Tip: Establish a "no screen time" rule during certain hours, especially before bed.
Prioritize Health:
Taking care of health with coding is also important. Do exercise, get enough sleep and drink plenty of water.
Power of "No":
Don't say "yes" to every project, task or opportunity you get. Overcommitting can lead to burnout and will effect your work quality.
Learn to say "no" when your plate is full.
Give time to your hobbies:
Make time for hobbies you enjoy, it can be playing a guitar, cooking, or playing an outdoor game.
Remember, coding is just a part of your life, not everything
and
balance is key to live a happy, and fulfilled life.
